By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Refund Policy. We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper care, or failure to follow product instructions.
Refunds are only considered for verified cases involving incorrect or defective items, reported within the stated claim window. All refund decisions made by Ties Shoe Candy are final and non-negotiable.
Refund Policy - the basics
All sales are final. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or general dissatisfaction.
Refunds are only issued in cases where the item received is incorrect or arrives damaged. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and must include your order number and photo evidence.
Each case will be reviewed individually.
If approved, we will offer either a replacement or store credit—no cash refunds.
